How to buy a car from auction houses.

Only licensed dealers can purchase vehicles from Japanese auto auctions.
Buying vehicles from auto auctions is the best way to maximize savings.

Yuki Motos never bid on vehicles without first checking them ourselves.

This is because we often see vehicles which, contrary to how they are represented in their online auction reports, are infact, in very bad condition.

To locate your requested vehicle, we go to the auction, check the vehicle and, await your decision.

This process is more time consuming however, your satisfaction is our first consideration.

How to buy from auction

Step 1

Send us your request.

Step 2

Yuki Motors will search online for the vehicle you have requested then, send you an e-mail including the auction sheet of the vehicle we have located for you, along with a list of recent sale prices of comparable vehicles.

Step 3

If you are interested in the vehicle, please send a deposit of 50% or full amount, (fully refundable if the auction fails).

Step 4

Yuki Motos will go to the auction to check the vehicle and call you.

Step 5

You decide whether to bid or not. If you want to bid, you decide on a price and place your order.

Step 6

Yuki Motors will bid for the car on your behalf.

Step 7

(After a successful bid) You will be sent an e-mail informing you of your successful bid and an estimated invoice for your payment.
You need to pay the final amount within 48 hours after you have received the proforma invoice from Yuki Motos . If the final amount has not been paid within 48 hours, your deposit will not be refunded even though your bid has been successful.

Step 8

As soon as Yuki Motors receive your payment, we will make arrangements to ship your vehicle and tell you the shipping schedule.

Step 9

Yuki Motos will will notify you by e-mail when the vessel has left Japan.

Step 10

Yuki Motos will courier you the original documents required for Customs Clearance.

*Yuki Motors Fees include auction fee, tax, japanese domestic transportation charges and forwarder fees (customs in Japan).
